Responsibilities
- Analyze and define key product enhancements, gathering and documenting detailed requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to map workflows, processes, and technical structures
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs, and process workflows
- Write requirement specifications and test cases to validate expected functionality
- Facilitate working groups and stakeholder review sessions to obtain feedback and sign-off
- Use data and metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support product owners with roadmap definition, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Work with developers, testers, and product managers to support production releases
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform prioritization
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant coursework or certification in product management, business analysis, or related field considered a plus
