Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence) across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. What You’ll Do

• Write and edit product documentation, use cases, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
• Create video-based help articles and training resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations teams to capture product details and explain features to different user groups.
• Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and user-focused.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of technical writing/editing experience (SaaS or startup preferred).
• Strong ability to explain software features to both technical and non-technical users.
• Prior hands-on experience with SaaS tools, integrations, or productivity software.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content platforms (Notion, Gitbook, Confluence).
• Video creation or visual storytelling skills.
• SEO knowledge.
