What's the opportunity?


This is a Talent Pool for you to show your interest in being part of dLocal as a Team Lead Software Engineer. This means that as soon as we have the right position, we will contact you!


What skills do I need?
  • Experience leading remote development teams in the past - This could be at a job or working on an open-source project
  • Solid experience in Java application development and/or software architecture.
  • Microservices environment (Circuit breaker, Idempotency etc)
  • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with Java development frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
  • Event-driven architecture design experience.
  • Being a team player, enjoying working with your own team and collaborating with other teams in the organization.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency
  • Well-versed in the software development life cycle.
