The pay for this position starts at $20.06/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $23.37/hour.
This position is located in Fitchburg, MA.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm

Devereux - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position will work with the Devon House group home located in Fitchburg, MA. Devereux's Devon House program serves co-ed individuals aged 14 to 21 with ASD and IDD, most of whom are non-verbal. With 1:2 staff to students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care. The program goal is to teach, coach, and support our individuals to learn daily living skills, coping skills, and social skills while staying active and having fun.
As a Case Coordinator, you will:
Serve as a member of individual treatment teams, program milieu team, and QI team.Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
