We’re hiring our first Field Sales Representative (Dallas, TX) to drive provider adoption of our prior-authorization platform. You’ll be on the ground across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, going clinic-to-clinic, introducing a free, EHR-integrated solution that reduces prior auth pain. This is a hybrid of pharma field rep and solutions specialist: you’ll prospect, demo, install via the EHR marketplace, and ensure practices are successfully onboarded while keeping clean, actionable data in our CRM.
Work a curated list of ~50 target practices in Dallas–Fort Worth through calls, emails, and in-person visits to sign and onboard new practices.
Run clear, compelling demos (in-person and virtual), support installation via the EHR marketplace, and guide practices through initial setup and adoption.
Meticulously document outreach, demos, installs, and key feedback in our CRM to generate early proof points for leadership and our upcoming conference.
Turn early wins and learnings into a repeatable field playbook for provider acquisition and onboarding in additional territories.
Expand revenue-aligned volume within existing practices and identify new high-potential practices based on specialty, size, and prescribing patterns.
Serve as the feedback loop from the field, influencing targeting, product priorities, and where we deploy future field reps or contract teams.
2+ years as a pharma field sales rep or similar role calling on physician practices, clinics, or specialty providers.
Proven success managing a territory, making high volumes of in-person visits, and building strong relationships with providers and staff.
Strong demo, communication, and CRM skills — you’re comfortable presenting, objection handling, and keeping your pipeline and notes spotless.
