Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic research for the Gemini App focusing on foundational insights and long-term product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Design leadership to translate research findings into actionable product decisions.
- Mentor and lead the UX research team by modeling best practices and elevating research quality.
- Manage and influence executive stakeholders by synthesizing complex research into clear, actionable insights.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and narratives to communicate research findings effectively.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science or related field.
