B Shift Returns Data Entry

Job Title: Returns Data Entry
Reports to:  Department Supervisor
Location:  Mooresville, IN

The Role

The Returns Data Entry will work closely with the Returns Department leadership team in the performance of a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The Returns Data Entry will be responsible for coordinating returned item data daily and entering data as required.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Supports the leadership team and inspectors with data entry of returned items.
  • Maintains excellent service standards to other departments within the organization.
  • Interfaces with internal leadership including department supervisor and lead.  
  • Ensures emails are responded to daily regarding customer inquiries.
  • Enters Data as needed by the Returns Department and or the Customer Service Department.

Who You Are

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand multiple such as WMS systems High Jump
  • Ability to communicate in English/Spanish.
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Basic computer skills/understanding
  • Attention to detail
  • Research (missing customer information, going through reports)
