The Sr Business Analyst is part of the IT department on the Application Data & AI team. The Sr Business Analyst will report to the Sr Manager of Development, Data & AI and is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They leverage their understanding of both business operations and technical aspects to optimize processes and improve the organization’s productivity and efficiency. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Architect and oversee implementation of complex systems, including ERP, CRM, and data integration platforms.
• Lead discovery sessions and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and developers, fostering continuous learning.
• Oversee system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 7+ years of experience in technical business analysis or a related specialty.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Designing and maintaining efficient customer support channels.
• Leading cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and recommending system enhancements.

The annual salary range for this role is $130,000-$155,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
