This role focuses on delivering scalable, user-centered technology solutions that elevate the occupier client experience, empower account and service delivery teams, and streamline operations across the occupier lifecycle.
This position bridges the gap between business needs and technology execution — ensuring that platforms, tools, and data capabilities are optimized to drive efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction. The Director partners closely with architecture, engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable solutions and ensure strong adoption across the organization.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Act as a key technology liaison for Occupier business leadership, client delivery, and operations teams.

  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Facilitate alignment across regional and functional teams to ensure consistent technology adoption and measurable impact.

Adoption & Change Enablement

  • Partner with change management and training teams to drive adoption and effective use of experience-related platforms.
  • Support the rollout of Occupier technology solutions across global and regional teams.
  • Collect and synthesize user and client feedback to inform continuous improvement and iterative enhancements.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor platform usage, adoption, and client impact; recommend optimizations based on insights.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to design reporting that enhances service delivery visibility and client experience.
  • Support evaluation of new tools, vendors, or integrations that advance occupier experience and operational efficiency.

Vendor & Technical Coordination

  • In collaboration with operations and product teams, support relationships with third-party technology partners and service providers.
  • Ensure vendor solutions align with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
  • Stay informed on market trends and innovations in PropTech and client experience technology to identify future opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in technology enablement, product delivery, or digital transformation within commercial real estate, PropTech, or enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives from requirements through implementation
  • Strong understanding of occupier or client service delivery processes and supporting technology ecosystems
