Responsibilities
- Supervise project delivery including scope, resources, risks, finances, and timelines.
- Monitor daily project activities and manage issues within limited to moderate scope.
- Apply Agile values and principles, support Agile governance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project phases including initiation, planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Drive weekly releases and resource planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain project scope and schedule, identify and communicate risks to Program Manager.
- Support Agency Partnership and New Business Development teams with client engagement.
- Ensure documentation standards and company-wide operating metric targets are met.
- Evaluate and promote teamwork, initiative, and adherence to values across teams.
- Clarify and set delivery milestones with internal and external clients.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field is required.
- Master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate and professional credentials preferred.
