Because here’s the remarkable truth: When we all make together, we make all things possible.

Let’s make.

Job Description

The Cricut Creative Department is a multi-faceted team of dreamers and doers who bring the Cricut brand to life through exceptional creative content. This in-house team turns business strategy into visual reality with best-in-class, forward-thinking solutions that consider the full scope of consumer touchpoints. The team is comprised of four key areas: Design, Copy, Project Design, and Operations. Together, their work helps people lead creative lives.

The Creative Department’s Operations Team is a highly-collaborative group of project managers who shepherd creative requests from inception to launch and beyond. This team ensures Marketing requests are considered fully integrated across all consumer touchpoints, with all relevant information ready to be briefed to the respective Creative teams. They own all processes and workflows and are accountable for scoping work, building timelines, facilitating meetings, and more – all in support of enabling the Creative team to produce their best work.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Creative Operations to drive operational excellence across our Creative team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring our creative engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and at scale.

As the Senior Manager, Creative Operations, you’ll oversee the end-to-end workflow of all creative development across digital and in-store touchpoints globally — including digital marketing, retail displays, packaging, and more. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Global Product Management, DTC, Channel, and International teams to ensure creative output is strategic, timely, and high quality — and can scale globally.

This role is instrumental in bringing structure, industry best practices, and operational rigor to a fast-paced, cross-functional creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Operations & Workflow Management

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end operational process for all creative work — spanning global digital and in-store assets
  • Drive alignment, visibility, and accountability across the lifecycle of creative projects: from intake and prioritization through delivery and deployment
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and project management tools that enable transparency across teams and functions

Project & Production Oversight

  • Lead production and project management functions for a wide variety of deliverables, including product launches, packaging, retail signage, digital campaigns, and promotions
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines, budget, and localization needs
  • Implement systems and processes to manage volume and velocity without sacrificing quality

Global Asset Management (DAM)

  • Oversee the DAM system — establishing and enforcing standards for file organization, metadata, version control, and usage rights
  • Ensure accessibility and accuracy of creative assets across global teams and partners

Localization & International Support

  • Manage and scale workflows for localizing creative content for global markets across all channels
  • Partner with regional and translation teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of localized assets for product launches, in-store materials, and digital platforms

Budget & Resource Management

  • Own and manage the full Creative team budget, including vendor contracts, freelance resources, production costs, invoicing, etc.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure budget accuracy, forecasting, and compliance
  • Optimize resource planning to balance team capacity with project volume and seasonal surges

Operational Strategy & Leadership

  • Bring industry best practices, standards, and operational rigor to how the Creative team functions
  • Identify and implement opportunities to scale and streamline systems and tools across the organization
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team across project management, production, and operations
  • Foster a team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production, ideally within a global brand or creative organization
  • Proven track record managing complex creative workflows across digital and physical channels, including eComm, retail, and packaging
  • Deep experience with project management systems (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Monday.com) and DAM platforms
  • Experience localizing creative content for international markets at scale
  • Strong budget management and resource planning expertise
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle, or DTC/eCommerce brands
  • Familiarity with creative collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Slack, Airtable)

A Quick Note Before You Apply…

Cricut is in a powerful chapter of transformation. We’re evolving fast—refining our strategy, growing our teams, and raising the bar across the board. This is an incredible opportunity for the right kind of person—but it’s not for everyone.

We’re looking for A-players—people who don’t just meet expectations, but consistently exceed them. If you thrive in dynamic environments and find joy in turning challenges into momentum, keep reading.

Here’s what makes someone a great fit for this role (and for this moment at Cricut):

You have a bias for urgency.
You don’t wait for perfect clarity to take action—you start, learn, and adjust. You believe that speed matters, especially when paired with thoughtfulness. You ask: “What can move forward today?” and push past inertia.

You set high standards—especially for yourself.
You’re proud of your work and protective of your reputation. You take ownership, deliver quality, and don’t cut corners. You hold yourself accountable without waiting to be asked.

You stay focused when things are moving fast.
You can identify what really matters and don’t get distracted by noise. You prioritize well, and manage your time wisely.

You collaborate like a pro.
You elevate the people around you, communicate clearly, and give thoughtful feedback. You’re low ego, high output—and your team loves working with you.
