Director of Program Services

Crestwood is a leading behavioral health service provider with over 50 years of experience delivering innovative recovery programs. They are seeking a Director of Program Services who is passionate about supporting individuals in their recovery journey and can oversee compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards across programs.

Skills

  • Expertise in psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-based principles.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based and best/promising practices in behavioral health.
  • Understanding of applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support compliance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee reporting requirements for all respective programs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Travel extensively (75%) to various campuses throughout California.
  • Work both remotely and onsite as required.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree and relevant licenses (MA/MS, CPRP, Community Care Licensing Administrator) preferred.
