The Role
This is not your typical content marketing role. We’re looking for a B2B storyteller and strategist who can think like a journalist, act like a marketer, and deliver like a publisher with an internal Marketing team primed for growth.
You’ll source and shape compelling narratives from across the agency, interviewing internal and external subject matter experts, identifying client successes, and uncovering trends that position Cramer as the go-to partner for leading brands.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2B buying behavior and the ability to craft content that is both insightful and persuasive for decision-makers at all levels. You’ll work across the full content lifecycle: researching, writing, editing, publishing, and optimizing stories and campaigns that educate, drive engagement for Cramer’s services.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and demand generation teams to scale content production and bring our brand voice to life across channels, from thought leadership POVs and case studies to social content and video scripts.
