Responsibilities
- Answer questions regarding HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with processing Physician’s Screening Forms, participant outreaches, and special projects
- Provide feedback and propose solutions to improve participant experience and operational efficiencies
- Support advocacy services helping members understand and utilize their benefits
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
