We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to help us build internal and external tools using AI-driven development environments like Replit and Cursor. This role does not require advanced coding skills but does require a solid understanding of basic programming, debugging, API integrations, and effectively prompting AI tools to generate and refine code. You will play a key role in shaping the tools that help our company grow, improve client experiences, and streamline operations. Your input will directly impact the design and functionality of the systems we create to serve our team and clients.

💪 What you’ll be responsible for:

• Use AI tools like Replit and Cursor to develop internal and client-facing software.
• Debug and refine AI-generated code for functionality and efficiency.
• Work with APIs to integrate various software platforms and streamline data flow.
• Automate workflows to improve business efficiency.
• Develop simple dashboards and web-based tools for reporting and operations.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new tools based on feedback.
• Maintain and improve existing internal tools.
• Ensure security best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support in-house software.
• Research and recommend emerging AI tools to enhance development.

Your opinion matters and you’ll get to provide input on our design projects, helping to shape them into tools our whole company and all of our clients may use.

• Basic programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Replit, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating systems using RESTful or GraphQL endpoints.
• Debugging skills to troubleshoot and refine AI-generated code.
• Understanding of databases (SQL, Firebase, or similar) for storing and retrieving data.
• Ability to automate workflows and improve efficiency using scripts or low-code solutions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment with AI-driven development.

• 3+ years of experience as a developer
• Strong understanding of basic programming and debugging
• Familiarity with API integrations
• Experience using AI-driven coding tools (Replit, Cursor, etc.)

You will be working directly with, and reporting to the Founders of the company.

💰Salary: Starting from $1800 - $2200 USD per month

Status: Full-time 40 hours / week

To note, if you are selected for an interview, you will be required to complete a trial task as part of the hiring process.

🕤 Monday - Friday 8:00 CST - 1:00 PM (fixed) remaining 3 hours are flexible

• Please note that the USA observes daylight savings time so the schedule will change once a year by one hour
