We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by enhancing safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance in a collaborative environment. The position will report to the EHS Manager and support 3 sites.
Primary Responsibilities:
Promote Safety Culture:
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen EHS initiatives, raise environmental awareness, and embed safety as a core value.
Coordinate and deliver safety training programs while maintaining detailed training records.
Ensure Preparedness: Assist in emergency response planning, conduct safety drills, and support industrial hygiene monitoring.
Drive Compliance: Monitor environmental programs, manage waste activities, and maintain all necessary documentation including procedures, policies, and training materials.
