Senior Financial Analyst, Business Enablement

What You’ll Do:

Finance Business Enablement, with focus on automation and simplification through processes, systems, and tools. 

About The Role:

• FP&A: Ensure our close and forecast rhythms financials are accounted for accurately in our systems and tools
• Process Improvement: Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver on key business projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to support overall business goals and ensure alignment with FP&A.
• Change Management: Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience within the cloud or technology sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of business enablement strategies and best practices.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
