Skills
- 4+ years software engineering experience with modern web technologies
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, PHP, or JavaScript
- Experience designing and scaling distributed systems and microservices
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling
- Familiarity with message queues, caching, and real-time data processing
- Practical experience building or integrating ML pipelines and recommendation engines
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven systems for real-time personalization and recommendation.
- Develop predictive algorithms to optimize message timing, content, and personalization at scale.
- Build and optimize high-performance, distributed systems and microservices.
- Design ML pipelines to process and extract insights from large volumes of customer interaction data.
- Drive architectural decisions, reduce technical debt, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing; establish code quality standards.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated continuous learning and practical application of software engineering principles
