About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer to provide technical leadership within Copeland’s Electronics & Controls division. This role supports OEM partners in the HVACR industry, delivering innovative control board solutions for furnace and thermostat applications. You will guide global hardware and firmware design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you will balance design expertise, systems thinking, and mentoring while driving execution across multiple concurrent projects.
