Responsibilities
- Act as primary client point of contact for planning, executing, and implementing projects and migrations
- Develop and manage implementation and migration plans aligned with security and project goals
- Communicate proactively with clients about project progress, changes, and planned outages
- Manage and resolve Tier 0–2 support escalations with remote troubleshooting and clear ticket documentation
- Create and distribute technical documentation of system architecture and implementations
- Execute complex Exchange and SharePoint migrations (hybrid, tenant-to-tenant, hosted-to-cloud)
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra AD
- Manage and deploy Intune, Windows Servers, and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Provide system administration for Microsoft core business applications and operating systems
- Manage service tickets using ConnectWise and maintain timely, professional communication
- Perform manual patching and vulnerability remediation in compliance with CMMC and policies
- Mentor Sawdy MSD team members and participate in an on-call rotation
- Provide weekly project updates to senior management and remain current on industry technologies
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred
- Security+ CE certification preferred
