Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide growth strategies aligned with corporate vision and revenue goals.
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities in residential, builder, commercial, and new markets.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, business modeling, and capital allocation.
- Lead M&A efforts including due diligence, negotiations, and integration of acquisitions.
- Oversee direct and indirect sales functions ensuring consistent and profitable growth.
- Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline, and sales operations.
- Design and execute customer acquisition, retention, and upsell sales strategies.
- Define performance-based incentive programs aligning sales with company objectives.
- Utilize data and market intelligence to guide decisions and identify opportunities.
- Build and develop high-performing cross-functional growth and business development teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and a key executive team member.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
