Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and coordinate logistics across multiple teams in Southern California.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address office concerns and implement workplace improvements.
- Oversee seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics aligned with headcount growth.
- Manage maintenance requests, preventative maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships.
- Plan and manage workplace projects ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate internal team and external client events for smooth execution.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment stock levels.
- Communicate workplace updates and improvements clearly to employees.
Education
- 3+ years related work experience required.
