Job Summary

This position will support strategic finance functions for Comcast Business within the West Division, working closely with the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business insight and financial rigor.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

• P&L Analysis and Initiative Tracking: Own reporting on the Comcast Business P&L and support the Sr. Manager in tracking initiative performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and informing leadership with proactive updates.
• Data Preparation & BI Alignment: Collaborate with BI to enhance data accuracy and efficiency in reporting, assisting in the development of dashboards and tools that streamline access to key financial metrics.
• Strategic Support & Modeling: Assist in developing business cases and models that support revenue growth and cost optimization strategies; contribute to scenario analysis and investment decision-making.
• Storytelling & Presentation Support: Package findings into executive-ready presentations and automate key reporting workflows for broader team adoption.
• Business Partnership & FP&A Exposure: Act as a bridge between strategic initiatives and the FP&A process, developing end-to-end business acumen and supporting initiative pacing, loading, and impact forecasting.

Core Responsibilities

• Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.
• Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
• Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
• Maintains statistical/financial databases.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $65,765.04 - $98,647.56

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
