Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of products, managing partnerships, maintaining data infrastructure, and delivering insights through reporting and dashboards.
Skills: The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and data management skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, and experience with CRMs, particularly HubSpot.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years in product ownership or program management, preferably in a membership or SaaS organization, along with strong organizational and communication skills is required.
Location: This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in work location.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $95,000 - $130,000.

The Product Owner, Program Experience & Systems will own the full lifecycle of ILHM’s products, systems, and member experience — from concept and testing through implementation and reporting.
This role combines product management, data ownership, and partnership oversight to ensure the Institute delivers an exceptional experience for members and training participants while maintaining operational excellence across all systems.
