  • Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Build predictive models and leverage machine learning where applicable
  • Support leadership and engagement teams with insights that drive better decision-making

  • Participate in stand-up meetings, discovery calls, and project discussions
  • Work closely with business leaders to deliver high-value outcomes
  • Contribute to team culture by prioritizing collaboration, autonomy, and flexibility

  • Experience with application development (front and back end) and familiarity with agile or iterative development practices
  • Solid understanding of data process automation, data visualization, and reporting
  • Strong communication skills; ability to set expectations, collaborate across teams, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, or Azure
  • Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics
  • Exposure to professional services, accounting, or finance industries is a plus
  • Previous app development experience with a desire to broaden into data and analytics-focused work
