Skills
- 8+ years of visual design experience with leadership in brand, campaign, or product work
- 5+ years of in-house B2B technology design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools; familiarity with Canva
- Experience with data visualization, infographics, and report/dashboard design
- Understanding of how design impacts SEO and digital marketing performance
- Strong mastery of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across digital and print
- Practical experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and ideation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and set the creative vision for brand campaigns, marketing experiences, and design systems.
- Lead end-to-end creative development from concepting to production across web, video, social, ads, reports, infographics, event/booth graphics, and presentations.
- Produce high-quality design assets and prototypes using industry tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate concept validation.
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales to translate technical security topics into clear, audience-focused visuals and narratives.
- Act as brand steward: maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensure visual consistency, and drive quality across all outputs.
- Present and rationalize creative work to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to build alignment.
- Manage external vendors or freelancers as needed for production and execution.
Education
- Degree in design or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio required demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand architecture, and campaign work
