Job Title: Technical Product Owner

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Summary

As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving the success of digital product initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-centric products. Your role will span strategic planning, backlog management, story elaboration, and technical coordination to support iterative development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer and ensure alignment of features with user needs.
• Ensure backlog prioritization reflects both business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate cross-team planning and execution to maintain alignment on delivery goals.
• Collaborate on improvement stories aimed at increasing team velocity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Drive consistency in agile practices across multiple development teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Background in software development, systems architecture, or engineering is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 - $ 131,786 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
