Skills
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud primitives
- Frontend application design and implementation experience
- Proficiency with at least one modern strongly-typed language (TypeScript preferred)
- Debugging, performance optimization, and failure-mode analysis for frontend apps
- Familiarity with web frameworks, static site generators, or docs platforms
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional product and content teams
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the documentation platform and related developer-facing tools
- Collaborate with technical writers, content strategists, and developer educators to streamline content workflows
- Act as customer zero for Cloudflare products within the docs platform and validate product integrations
- Identify, debug, and mitigate frontend failure modes and performance bottlenecks
- Gather user feedback from internal and external stakeholders and implement improvements
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and accessibility at internet scale
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Relevant professional experience can substitute for formal education
