What you will do
Under minimal supervision, perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve facilities. Manage and facilitate the maintenance team, which will consist of hourly and salaried positions.
How you will do it
Broadly – Maintain operations of plant and equipment in a state capable of delivering planned production levels with required product quality, in line with maintenance cost targets.
Responsible for all equipment repairs to include coordination with outside resources as needed.
Monitor repair progress by keeping an indicator of work progress against the plan. Update the progress of each job; initiate corrective actions as required.
Comply with all lock out tag out and other safety norms and regulations set by the industry.
Coordinate with production management to establish short/ mid/ long term priorities and schedule repairs accordingly.
Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate reordering when necessary in coordination with maintenance planner, and tool crib supervisor.
Track, evaluate, and drive improvement in department KPIs including; MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and post-PM performance. Support TPM initiatives.
What we look for
Bachelor's degree preferred. Combination of technical education and experience will be considered.
3+ years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting
Maintenance experience required on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
PLC, HMI, and E&I experience preferred.
Experience with OSHA 14000, 18000 and TS audit standards.
Proficient on Popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma.
