PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the identification of buyers for sell-side clients.
Tracks information related to these buyers as well as other M&A/deal related information.
Financial modeling.
Assists with the drafting of teaser and M&A offering documents.
Assists with the due diligence process.
Assists with research for thought leadership pieces.
Assists with marketing material updates and development.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Economics, Business Management or Accounting strongly preferred.
General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
The wage range for this position is: $27 – $31.
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
