City Year Greater Boston is hiring a Director of Volunteer Programs to lead volunteer engagement and manage a team of AmeriCorps members. This on-site role focuses on creating impactful volunteer experiences while supporting fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities: Oversee a calendar of volunteer events, manage AmeriCorps members, develop partnerships, and ensure successful volunteer delivery while analyzing performance for continuous improvement.
Skills: Strong leadership, event management, performance coaching, and data analysis skills are required to effectively engage volunteers and manage programs.
Qualifications: Experience in program management, team leadership, and community engagement is preferred, along with a strong understanding of City Year culture.
Location: This position is located in Boston, MA, and is 100% on-site with no remote work options available.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $95,000.
