Citizen Health was founded on the belief — shaped by firsthand lived experiences navigating healthcare — that having the right advocate is the single most important factor in achieving better care and outcomes. By uniquely combining data, AI, and community, Citizen is building a personalized AI advocate powered by patients' complete medical histories and data from thousands of other patients to generate personalized insights for clinical decisions and day-to-day challenges. Starting in rare and complex conditions, patients share their data in exchange for value, enabling biopharma and researchers with seamless access to patients and regulatory-grade data, shaving years off drug development for much-needed treatments.
Citizen is founded by experienced entrepreneurs with multiple successes under their belts and is funded by top-tier investors including 8VC, Transformation Capital, and Headline Ventures, among others. We are a mission-driven team excited to be building the future of consumer healthcare.
We're seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to drive technical initiatives that accelerate our user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing to build, measure, and scale systems that optimize our growth funnel end-to-end - from awareness through activation and retention.
Your work will bridge technical depth with a growth mindset: shipping experiments rapidly, optimizing data-driven systems, and ensuring that every part of the user journey is measurable, performant, and privacy-safe. Build and scale growth systems - Develop and maintain the experimentation, attribution, and analytics infrastructure that powers our user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts.
Implement and optimize CRM integrations - Own the technical setup of our lifecycle marketing stack (CRM platform and downstream channels), ensuring campaigns are data-driven and automated across push, email, and in-app messaging.
Instrument and maintain data pipelines - Ensure accurate, privacy-safe event tracking and identity resolution across web, mobile, and backend systems (Amplitude, Salesforce, Webflow, CRM).
Collaborate cross-functionally - Partner with product, marketing, and data teams to define hypotheses, deploy experiments, and translate insights into product and channel improvements.
