The Children’s Mercy Research Institute is recruiting two Research Associates to join the Formative Research Team in the Population Health Area of Emphasis.
The Formative Research Team works with interdisciplinary teams throughout Children’s Mercy, academic affiliations (UMKC, KUMC) and community partners to promote the use of rigorous formative research in the design and evaluation of new health interventions. Through technical consultations, trainings and large project collaborations, the Formative Research Team applies expertise in qualitative research, mixed-methods research and applications of social and behavioral theory to the health sciences. There is also opportunity to contribute to management, analyses, and publications of studies within the Formative Research Team or Social and Behavioral Sciences portfolios.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $29.82/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
