Children’s Mercy is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based behavioral health consultation team. This unique role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to empowering youth through structured, evidence-based programming that bridges clinical care and educational systems. The position is evenly split between leading group-based behavioral parent/caregiver training focused on interventions for children and adolescents with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and providing school-based behavioral consultation and support.
As a key member of the behavioral health team, the BCBA will design and facilitate ADHD-focused parent/caregiver training sessions while also working directly with school personnel, students, and families to support behavioral and academic success. The BCBA will collaborate across outpatient, inpatient, and school settings to ensure continuity of care, and will play a vital role in integrating behavioral health strategies into educational environments through consultation, training, and individualized support planning.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $31.15/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
