Chewy is seeking a Learning Operations Manager to oversee the development and performance of a team of Learning Coordinators and trainers, with a focus on creating effective training programs and facilitating learning sessions.
Responsibilities: Manage the training operations, identify learning needs, design training programs, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and maintain communication with various teams.
Skills: Strong training experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication, and analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent and 4+ years of training experience, including team guidance and operations knowledge.
Location: This position is based in Dayton, Ohio, United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $95,000.
