Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of customer inquiries across channels with a focus on compliance-related issues.
- Swiftly resolve complex compliance problems while maintaining quality and meeting SLAs.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on product features, compliance topics, and account-specific requirements.
- Contribute to and maintain the team knowledge base and training materials for specialized accounts.
- Proactively identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to reduce escalations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Shared Services, and Escalations teams to resolve complex issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on customer issues, trends, outreach, and compliance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth research and root-cause analysis to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Support new initiatives to enhance customer and agent experiences.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's degree preferred
