Senior Compliance Support Specialist

Checkr is a data platform powering safe, fair hiring decisions for over 100,000 customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Support Specialist to resolve complex, compliance-focused inquiries for Enterprise and Strategic customers, act as a subject matter expert, drive process improvements, and mentor teammates to improve quality and reduce escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of customer inquiries across channels with a focus on compliance-related issues.
  • Swiftly resolve complex compliance problems while maintaining quality and meeting SLAs.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on product features, compliance topics, and account-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to and maintain the team knowledge base and training materials for specialized accounts.
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to reduce escalations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Shared Services, and Escalations teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Generate and analyze reports on customer issues, trends, outreach, and compliance metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth research and root-cause analysis to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Support new initiatives to enhance customer and agent experiences.
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate's degree preferred
