The Part-Time Brand Expert will represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand in a retail environment, driving business through excellent service and artistry. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to store success.
- Educating customers about products and demonstrating makeup techniques.
- Support in-store events and occasionally host self-led events in-store.
- Customer Service:
- Providing outstanding customer experiences in alignment with the Tilbury Touch.
- Building relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborating with team members to foster a positive and creative work atmosphere.
- Operations:
- Ensuring the counter is organized and consistently ready for customers.
- Maintaining product hygiene and display standards.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Reporting any visual merchandising issues to leadership.
