Vice President of Growth and Innovation

CELTIC BANK CORPORATION are seeking an experienced Vice President of Growth and Innovation to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

•                     Lead cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and management of new digital products and business lines.

•                     Direct the strategy and roadmap for go-to-market initiatives and customer growth programs.

•                     Oversee product lifecycle management, including business analysis, user engagement metrics, and optimization strategies.

•                     Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, data, marketing, operations, sales) to deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals.

•                     Supervise staff involved in product strategy, business intelligence, and growth initiatives; develop team capabilities through mentoring and performance planning.

•                     Analyze internal data and market research to guide business development and expansion efforts.

•                     Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders to communicate innovation strategies and outcomes.

•                     Represent the company in strategic partnerships, client negotiations, and industry events.

•                     Travel regularly (approximately 60–70% of the time) to major U.S. cities for meetings, presentations, and client relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

·           Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

Experience:

·           36 months in Product Management, Business Development, or Strategic Leadership Role.
