Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain growth infrastructure including event tracking, A/B testing platforms, and user segmentation systems
- Develop backend services primarily in Java, leveraging Spring Boot and scalable architecture patterns
- Implement, run, and analyze growth experiments to measure and optimize product/marketing impact
- Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to translate metrics into actionable solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and long-term reliability
- Contribute to roadmap, technical strategy, and cross-team integration for growth initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
