Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, the Integrations Architect is a strategic and technical role responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide integration solutions. This role ensures seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange across internal systems, trading partners, and third-party platforms. The Integrations Architect translates business needs into robust integration architectures, defines standards and reusable patterns, and oversees the full lifecycle of integration development, deployment, and support.

• 4+ years of experience managing advanced integration products.
• 4+ years of experience implementing integrations on a global scale.
• 4+ years of experience supporting, implementing, integrating, or administrating ERP systems.
• 4+ years of experience collaborating with business users and developing process improvement strategies.
• Strong understanding of database security protocols and best practices, required.
• 4+ years writing production grade code (e.g. TypeScript/Node.js) for integrations.
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures for data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of current EDI protocols, standards, and integration tools.
• Solid understanding of business processes and workflows pertaining to supply chains, logistics, and retail domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data communication and system integration issues quickly.
• Worked as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo or Boomi.
• Design and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for seamless data transformation.
• API Integrations: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to connect ERPs, financial platforms, ecommerce platforms, and third-party services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions that facilitate data exchange between trading partners, manufacturers, warehouses, and ERPs.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to understand business needs and translate them into integration system requirements.
• Manage integrations with integration partners like SPS Commerce and TrueCommerce to ensure seamless data flow, and compliance.
• Define architectural standards and reusable patterns for system interoperability, data transformation, and secure transmission.
• Oversee and own all code responsible for integrations, ensuring that it meets company quality standards.
• Identify and implement integration improvements, including scalability, automating manual processes, and optimizing business processes and data delivery.
• Document data flows and integrations across the organization, analyzing for risks and efficiency, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Set up and manage EDI mapping and translation for all needed document types sent with multiple EDI solutions
• Lead the development and deployment of integration workflows between ERP systems such as Great Plains, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics 365, financial platforms such as banks, Concur, Coupa, and other third-party services.
• Establish and execute testing protocols for integration pipelines, including schema validation, decryption, and sandbox simulations.
• Collaborate with business units to validate data accuracy and ensure compliance with financial and operational requirements.
• Act as a technical liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and post-deployment support.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
