Responsibilities
- Act as accountable program lead and trusted advisor for strategic public-sector customers, engaging with C-level executives to align Celonis to their strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain executive relationships and establish long-term program roadmaps and detailed value plans.
- Mobilize and staff cross-functional Celonis teams (Servicing, Product, Engineering) to deliver solutions and value on schedule.
- Mentor customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to accelerate adoption.
- Drive end-to-end customer value realization, ensuring projects meet usage, adoption and business impact targets.
- Resolve escalations by orchestrating internal teams efficiently and ensuring timely customer satisfaction.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards and act as the voice of the customer to influence product and service roadmaps.
- Champion innovation, contribute to playbooks and resources for the Value Engineering team, and represent Celonis at industry events.
- Coach and mentor internal team members, provide performance feedback, and foster high-performing teams.
- Travel to customer sites as required (approximately 25-50%).
Education
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)
- MBA strongly preferred
- Relevant continuing education or certifications in change management or program management helpful
