Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ManageEngine Service Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Office and Windows.
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with Exchange administration (Office 365) is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support and resolution for incident and project requests, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Perform end user technical support for both office and remote personnel.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation environments including imaging and full system setups.
- Create, test, and develop current workstation images; package software and applications for distribution.
- Research and diagnose hardware, software, and system issues.
- Identify and escalate critical situations promptly.
- Collaborate with business and support teams to improve technical knowledge sharing.
- Serve as an escalation point for Service Desk support functions.
- Document installation and support procedures.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.
Education
- Minimum Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
