Job Description:
The AML University (AMLU) Governance & Reporting team is seeking an Associate who will support training governance for the AML Program.
This role will provide support for activities related to performing, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate governance and training program administration. This may include but is not limited to tracking and monitoring training completions, communications, control testing, process documentation, and other governance related work.
General Responsibilities:
Supporting AMLU Governance Team goals by actioning BAU activities related to training governance
Actioning and coordinating processes related to the AMLU Annual Training Plan
Support the execution of AML training by coordinating and actioning training assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Leveraging dashboards and reporting to track training attendance
Participating in, adhering to, and managing team processes, templates, and process documentation
Coordinating and actioning communications to and from the AMLU Training team to learners
Drives AMLU Team and AMLU Governance goals by:
Identifying and actioning process improvements
Providing a positive customer experience through thoughtful and engaging communications
Researching and resolving a wide variety of issues and queries using judgment
Meeting or exceeding governance activities and requirements while effectively managing and adapting to change
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, or at least 1 year of experience in process management, or at least 1 year of administrative experience
At least 1 year of Microsoft Office or at least 1 year of Google Suite experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience in training coordination, or 3+ years of experience in process management, or 3+ years of experience in project management, or 3+ years of administrative experience
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products or Google suites
1 year of experience with Tableau or a similar tool
1 year of experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $64,700 - $73,900 for Process Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
