- DevSecOps practices (IAM, image scanning, runtime policies)

Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Operate and mature Kubernetes clusters with resilient networking, autoscaling, and monitoring.
- Implement and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure as code and Helm charts.
- Drive observability and incident response improvements (monitoring, alerting, runbooks).
- Introduce and enforce DevSecOps practices including least-privilege IAM, image scanning, and runtime policy controls.
- Optimize infrastructure spend and implement cost-aware patterns.
- Mentor and collaborate with engineers across clinical and product teams to increase delivery velocity and reliability.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience accepted
