Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and text outreach to patients referred by partner physicians
- Clearly explain program details, benefits, patient responsibilities, and expected outcomes
- Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Care team
- Follow and adapt established call scripts while meeting quality assurance standards
- Document interactions and enrollment outcomes in CRM, maintaining data accuracy
- Build rapport and trust with patients, addressing concerns and overcoming objections
- Balance high-quality patient experience with productivity and performance targets
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college, associate degree, or relevant healthcare training preferred
