Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist - Bilingual

Cadence Health is a technology-enabled care company focused on proactive care for seniors, partnering with health systems to improve outcomes and reduce costs. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist to be the first point of contact for referred patients, guide enrollments, schedule follow-ups, and build trusting relationships while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Skills

  • Fluent bilingual communication in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience with high-volume outbound calling and enrollment workflows
  • Comfort and proficiency using CRM platforms and basic computer tools
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA
  • Ability to meet performance metrics while maintaining empathy and quality
  • Time management and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and feedback

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and text outreach to patients referred by partner physicians
  • Clearly explain program details, benefits, patient responsibilities, and expected outcomes
  • Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Care team
  • Follow and adapt established call scripts while meeting quality assurance standards
  • Document interactions and enrollment outcomes in CRM, maintaining data accuracy
  • Build rapport and trust with patients, addressing concerns and overcoming objections
  • Balance high-quality patient experience with productivity and performance targets
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college, associate degree, or relevant healthcare training preferred
