GTM Systems & Automation Lead
Skills
- Proficiency with GTM and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Clearbit, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT
- Ability to write scripts, run SQL queries, use APIs, and build low-code system integrations
- Experience designing omnichannel GTM workflows with personalized automation at scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an engineer’s mindset
- Commercially minded with focus on revenue impact and operational efficiency
- Self-directed with collaborative teamwork approach and openness to quick feedback
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end outreach workflows generating qualified sales leads
- Enrich, filter, and prioritize data leveraging AI and automation tools
- Architect and optimize GTM systems including data flows, integrations, campaigns, and routing
- Conduct experiments such as A/B testing on messaging, channels, and triggers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine ICPs and strategies
- Own key metrics like pipeline generation and SQL delivery, continuously raising performance standards
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
