What You’ll Do
Help build our AI agent platform, internal tools, and backend systems
Develop APIs and integrations with platforms like ServiceTitan
Own full product features—idea → prototype → production
Improve agent intelligence and voice performance in real time
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in backend or full-stack development
Startup experience—or you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong engineering fundamentals and product intuition
Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, telephony, or real-time systems
