As our Senior Director, Product Management - Client Data, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and adoption of a centralized Client Relationship Master while stewarding Party & Account data to meet governance, quality, and compliance standards.

This hybrid role combines product ownership and agile execution with hands-on data stewardship, plus client-facing demos and GTM collaboration to ensure trusted data fuels high-impact use cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Product strategy and ownership (PM—80%): Define vision, roadmap, and success metrics; balance quick wins with long-term improvements; align with architecture and stakeholder priorities.
  • Requirements and use cases (PM): Partner with analysts, engineers, and POs to capture needs, oversee writing of user stories, and translate pain points into actionable solutions.
  • Agile delivery (PM): Run backlog grooming, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retros; prioritize new features vs. tech debt to ship timely, high-quality increments.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and enablement (PM): Serve as the voice of the user; publish clear docs and guides; communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Product marketing, adoption, and change management (PM): Announce/relaunch features and datasets; coordinate training; track KPIs to drive usage.
  • Client demos and evangelism (PM): Plan and deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-value / discovery sessions for clients and prospects; gather feedback to inform the roadmap.
  • GTM materials and sales enablement (PM): Create and maintain product one-pagers, pitch decks, demo scripts, FAQs, ROI narratives, and competitive positioning.
  • Cross-functional coordination (PM): Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development on launch plans, campaigns, pipeline priorities, and pre/post-sales support.
  • Performance and market analysis (PM): Use data signals and market research to inform prioritization and iterate on product strategy.
  • Data risk, compliance, and quality (Steward—20%): Identify data-related risks; implement and monitor controls and policy compliance (retention, movement, protection, sharing).
  • Metadata, lineage, and remediation (Steward): Define critical data elements, maintain lineage/metadata, perform root-cause analysis, and drive quality fixes; support audit and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product management (ideally data products) with proven delivery in agile environments
  • 5+ years in data governance/stewardship or data risk & compliance
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, UX fundamentals; ability to partner with analysts, data scientists, engineers, operators, and GTM teams
  • Hands-on proficiency in SQL/ Python for validation/profiling; outcome- and metrics-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder empathy; strengths in trade-off decisioning and prioritization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with BI, data engineering, or analytics tools
  • Familiarity with RCSA or similar risk assessment methodologies
  • Skill in creating documentation, onboarding materials, and enablement content
  • Experience delivering client-facing demos and building GTM/sales enablement assets
  • Passion for evangelization and product marketing to drive adoption
  • Awareness of trends in databases, data science, and software development
  • Knowledge of metadata management for long-term discoverability and literacy.
