Skills
- Strong React expertise and modern frontend development practices
- Backend experience in Python or a similar language
- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client
- TypeScript proficiency
- Monitoring and debugging with Datadog or similar tools
- Experience with Git and distributed source control
- Familiarity with AI development practices and integrating AI features
- Experience shipping B2B products (B2C a plus)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain guest experience products including guest communication, on-call support, guest-facing tooling, and upsell features.
- Monitor releases and troubleshoot production issues, using Datadog (or similar) to diagnose performance and reliability problems.
- Collaborate with Product to refine requirements and ensure seamless deployment and customer experience.
- Serve as technical lead on projects from conception through deployment, working closely with the Principal Engineer on architecture and design.
- Deliver high-impact solutions quickly while maintaining system reliability and code quality.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience
