Pay Range: Base hourly rate, with variable compensation plan.

Start with an hourly rate and training stipend for your first 6 months up to $60,000. After training hourly rate plus commission and bonuses which gives you the opportunity to well exceed the training salary. To be successful in our Mobility Specialist role, you will be a high performing, B2C sales professional who has a track record of selling solutions to a variety of personality types.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Within the first 30 days:
Fully understands the financial side of the business, sales process and benefits of the company’s products
Has shadowed other sales reps to observe the sales process, customer assessment process, as well as individual sales styles
Has begun familiarizing him/herself with company procedures, documentation and tasks in position
Within the first 60 days and ongoing:
Provides the best possible customer experience through team effort at store
Prospecting new clients weekly using a variety of sales methods like networking and lunch ‘n learns
Develop sales goals with store manager/general manager and action plan for the following 90 days
Within the first 90 days and ongoing:
Self-manage performance and ensure monthly sales goals are met with a minimum of 3 van sales per month
Establishes and maintains client relationships during and after the sales process
Able to fully educate customers about vehicles and mobility products through detailed explanations, demonstrations and using the Feature-Advantage-Benefit sales process
Shows strong detail-oriented work for proper intakes, financing info, and deal sheets to ensure all parts and equipment are added on
Within the first 6 months and ongoing:
Has developed his/her business, prospect sheets, ideas, create volume, handle volume
Maintaining membership and regularly attending events in two or more clubs or organizations related to the physically challenged, such as the MS Society, ALS or Paralyzed Veterans
Attending trade shows, expos, tournaments and other events that promote the company in the surrounding community
Has met individual sales goals
Within the first 12 months and ongoing:
Should be completely independent, make decisions that are of higher accountability based on cost/revenue basis, handle higher volume of sales, prospects and leads
Self-manage performance and ensure monthly sales goals are met with 7+ van sales per month
Education, Skills & Experience:
3+ years of proven sales experience in automotive vehicle sales, business development or medical/health sales are required.
Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including databases, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. required.
Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.
Proven experience working in mobility sales or the mobility industry and knowledge of the needs of various disabilities and the disabled is highly preferred.
Background or experience in the Automotive, Power Sports, or Equipment Dealership setting is a plus.
